This is because the SKOTTI Cap is not just a hood that makes grilling easier in windy places. It can also be set up and used multifunctionally depending on the situation and the food being grilled: If you assemble two or three of the five stainless steel parts together, it can be converted into a simple windbreak. You can also attach a rotisserie with just three or all four side parts. Closed at the top and open on one side, the SKOTTI Cap can transform your SKOTTI Grill into a pizza oven.
