You need:
500g quark
300g cream cheese
6 eggs
200g sugar
1 vanilla pod
250g butter
1 pack of butter biscuits
100ml cream
zest of a lemon
Here's how:
Beat the sugar, vanilla seeds, and lemon zest with the eggs until frothy. Add the cream cheese, cream, and quark and mix.
Melt the butter slowly in a pan.
Crush the biscuits like breadcrumbs and mix with half of the butter. Then spread them into a pan or cake tin and press them down.
Add the other half of the butter to the mixture and pour it in. Smoke the whole thing in the grill at 100°C with apple wood for about 20 minutes. Then continue grilling at 180°C indirect heat.
Place on a rack to cool so that it sinks evenly.
